Each year, IVF helps thousands of Ohioans have the families they deserve. However, Republicans in Congress want to limit access to the treatment. I'm fighting to pass the Right to IVF Act and guarantee that protection under the law.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court ruled that states can ban transgender girls from school sports. This is a devastating ruling for trans students across the country who simply want the freedom to play with their friends.
Here is the court's opinion: www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/25p... Barrett and the liberals join Roberts in full. Kavanaugh concurs in the judgment because he finds that a federal statute bars Trump's executive order.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court holds that the Fourteenth Amendment protects birthright citizenship, blocking Donald Trump's executive order to end it. Roberts has the opinion for the court, which is 5-4 on the constitutional question and 6-3 on whether federal law protects birthright citizenship.
OH deserves a governor who understands Black maternal and infant mortality as a state of emergency, not one who makes racist remarks about Black women’s right to abortion. @amyactonoh.bsky.social and @vivekgramasquamy.bsky.social, will you make Black maternal and infant health a real priority?
Free tip for candidates and elected officials: Your media statements about abortion should include the word "abortion."
Under Roe, bans on insurance coverage and telemedicine flourished. States gleefully put patients through multi-day waiting periods, misleading counseling, and invasive ultrasounds before their appointments. Clinics closed their doors. Abortion was a right in name only www.jezebel.com/demand-bette...
The Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade four years ago today simply because it had the votes to do it. People were denied abortions long before 2022—thanks to insurance bans, viability bans, and Catholic hospitals—but a lot of journalists and politicians acted like that was an acceptable status quo
Also thinking a lot about how the journalistic establishment now appreciates stories of denied abortions *now*—see, the Pulitzer Prizes since Dobbs—but never thought that kind of reporting was important *before* Dobbs.
Four years ago today, the U.S. Supreme Court wrongly struck down Roe v. Wade, taking away a constitutional right from Americans for the very first time and setting off a cascade of devastating consequences. Now, your rights now depend on your zip code 👉 bit.ly/4eI1bzF
On the fourth anniversary of the #Dobbs decision and the end of Roe, we're briefly looking back but never taking our eyes off the mission of ensuring everyone has reproductive freedom and abortion access. Read more: abortionforward.org/blog/dobbs-p...
🗣️Aside from the fact that HB 472 will exclude voters who rely on mail voting to participate in our democracy, the most dangerous unintended consequence of this bill is the likely spike in scams and identity theft. Gov. DeWine must veto TODAY. ‼️ https://ow.ly/YX0Z50Zgjfw

Susan Collins has blood on her hands. She is a disgrace and needs to be removed from the Senate.
NEWS CENTER MAINE: This is the first reelection campaign that you're run since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. I was hoping you could talk to me a little bit about your vote to confirm Kavanaugh and whether you regret that? SUSAN COLLINS: I do not regret that vote.

Happening now - OH Sen Health Cmte hearing. Today two abortion bills are on the agenda, HB 324, a bill to ban telemedicine for medication abortion, and HB 347 a bill to create a NEW 24 hr waiting period. Both of these bills are repeats of policy the court has already blocked as unconstitutional.
