Played some Winter Rabbit and Magical Athlete last night at one of FLGS. Magical Athletes was a blast. What games are you playing this weekend?

Got a bunch of playtesting done last week on multiple different games. Sadly, I didn't get pictures from all the tests.

We got stickers for Riposte! and Cellblock 18 in. These are for folks who backed as part of collaborations with other campaigns during Poketopia, or those who bought the stickers as an add-on. Though we should have some left to sell with the games at Cons next year as well.

We have been spending the weekend at a local con in a shared booth with four other Oklahoma board game companies, selling each other's games. When we started nine years ago, this was one of our goals: to help raise up other designers so we could play their games. This is amazing.

We won...we are still trying to process this, but Winter Rabbit won the Origins Light Strategy Game of the Year. This is amazing.

This weekend they will be announcing the Origin Award winners. Winter Rabbit was nominated in the light strategy game category. We are up against some stiff competition, but crossing our fingers.

We are gearing up to attend a local con called SoonerCon. We are teaming up with a bunch of other local designers/publishers who are members of the Oklahoma Tabletop Game Designers (OTGD), We will have 21 games from 5 publishers to show off and sell. It's gonna be a blast.

With Riposte! And Cellblock 18 moving towards production, let's talk about our next games. David has been working on a 2+ player game. Each player has 8 double ended Path cards and a character card. Currently it's loosely WW2 aerial combat, but what other themes would you folks find interesting?

Been busy the last week or so, finalizing files and talking to our manufacturer, Longpack in China, about getting the games on the schedule. Crazy how even with games this small, it's still cheaper to print and ship from China than to manufacture in the US.
