In Maine caucuses today, early sites reporting have gone strongly for Troy Jackson. After Cumberland and Penobscot report in later today or early evening, we should have a better sense of how big his lead is. Right now he is overwhelming the competition 10 to 1.

The Maine Democratic Party has posted the process for candidates filing for the Senate race: mainedems.org/wp-content/u... I like the requirement of at least 500 signatures from a minimum of 8 counties. It's a tight deadline and will boost candidates with strong infrastructure in place.
