Huh, the more you know... once a tomato starts breaking (color change), there's basically no reason to let it ripen on the vine. It's done absorbing nutrients... and realistically the only thing that passes through the stem is water. So ripening on your counter produces identical results...

This hasn't aged well. XD I've been very grateful to have had the past 6 months to basically do whatever the fuck I want. It was boring originally because... Work wasn't there. But I filled it with all kinds of things.
