On this day in 2015, the Supreme Court issued a landmark decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, striking down all bans on marriage for LGBTQ couples nationwide. The victory came not just as a result of our lawsuit, but as a culmination of decades of advocacy from LGBTQ activists across the nation.
