She was a fast learner on the moon yes, but perhaps that was because she wasn’t on a current time limit. As it becomes present during her attempt she begins to cough, she’s not sick but a clear sign of her time running short.
"No not really, there's a bit more after that." Lithedra continues to show her the basic way to swim. How she needs to move her hands and arms to essentially push the water aside and forcing herself through. Then once this movement sits, she continues to explain how she needs to move her legs.
