Hi I’m looking to interview a carer, parent or disabled person for a story on proposed PIP payments. Please get in touch and help share this post!
Watching #LUFC uncut video of the Sunderland game. Lots going on, but special mention to Willy Gnonto. He looked as happy as anyone, didn’t get on the pitch. Far cry from the guy who was sent to train on his own by Farke. The togetherness in this group is unassailable.
Hello Bluesky community, Please help me get off the ground here and follow me if you're an @nujofficial or CSPA member or are interested in journalism or later life ambitions Thanks, Christine
Had an interesting week covering two really important stories for Yorkshire Voice. Firstly Leeds Women’s Aid Christmas campaign. And second - a proposed new McDonald's that has divided the Stanningley community. Full stories out shortly. #domesticabuse #community
I’m working on a story on this powerful Christmas campaign by Leeds Womens Aid for Yorkshire Voice it is so important to get help when you need it. Their 24 hr domestic abuse helpline number is 01132460401. #VAWG #LDVS #domesticviolence #DomesticAbuseAwareness
It was a great privilege to interview the inspiring Alison Lowe OBE She spoke in support of Leeds Women’s Aid & on how WYCA are combatting domestic violence. With incidences increasing at Christmas time, she urged anyone suffering to seek help via LDVS.
My place on the #LUFC season ticket waiting list will be my last legacy & family heirloom passed on for generations. Hundreds of thousands of years from now, when an Ai controlled cyborg finally gets to the top of the queue, I hope whatever being gets the season ticket enjoys it.
HT #LUFC 2 DCFC 0 As dominant and complete a performance as it gets. Derby have only read about Leeds penalty area, they have never seen it for themselves. A goal from a corner, a goal for Wöber. Cruising.
I’ll shortly be previewing the #LUFC game on BBC Radio Derby tune in here: t.co/msnGnwCe63

Just seen Prima Facie. Omg. Jodie Comer that was the best acting performance I have ever seen. I cannot believe how talented she is. She is like the Messi of acting. Wow.
Ampadu getting back earlier than expected is huge for Leeds. He brings a steel to the midfield that #LUFC have sometimes lacked. And it might allow Tanaka to have a go at 10. As Aaronson has been warm and cold there.
#LUFC fans find it difficult or impossible to truly love Daniel Farke and his brand of football. The article I wrote for BBC Sport this week. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba...
Leeds United opinion: Fans' relationship with Daniel Farke feels fraught
Leeds United fans have not warmed to Daniel Farke, despite encouraging results on the field, says Whites writer Adonis Starr.

FT BLA 1 #LUFC 0 Leeds awful in the final third. No energy or flow v an organised Rovers whose defensive structure was rigid. James, Aaronson noticeably poor. No one shone, some were ghosts. Early wasted chances & naive. They have to recover better than this when the schedule is this packed.
9 minutes injury time for #LUFC to get an equaliser. Unfortunately 7 of those will feature Blackburn players rolling around on the floor.
84’ Struijk and Bamford headbutt each other. It feels like one of those days. #LUFC
HT BLA 1 #LUFC 0 Decent play from Leeds but really blew several gifts from Rovers keeper. And they’ve made creating chances look very difficult. Blackburn have been energetic, hit the crossbar, threatened but never dominated. There are points here for Leeds but big improvements needed in final 1/3.
FT SWANS 3 #LUFC 4 If there is one team that will do it the hard way it is Leeds United. All the talk of Swans defence they were picked apart at times. It should’ve been easier, Utd naive at times giving the ball away & inviting pressure. But they found their fight which bodes very well.
GNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL THIS CLUB WILL KILL US ALL #LUFC
