I just released a Welcome app for Root! I love that we can improve the first-touch experience in communities with apps. Deliver the rules, guidelines, enable users to self-select roles and quickly introduce themselves.

Working on some big updates on the Root developer portal ... including mobile support!

Devs are building on Root - 25+ apps and growing. And just as important, the dev community on Root is amazing - now is a great time to connect rootapp.gg/developer

Did you know @rootapp.com publishes a DevKit for Root app developers? This is a collection of docs, samples, recipes and agent instructions. It's a great resource for humans, perfect resource for using AI dev tools. github.com/RootPlatform...

And thought it was time to add a little personality to my account .... any guesses what game inspired this avatar? Hint, it pre-dates Windows ....

Building the best social development platform one feature at a time - Root apps now support notifications!! SDK 0.21.3 is live and developer docs are updated

Bots automate, but it’s apps that create experiences. As Root gets ready to launch our community developer program, I wanted to talk about why Root supports both Apps and Bots and how developers choose between them. You can read more here: www.rootapp.com/blogs/why-ro...

Root is launching our v1.0 developer program! We’re building it around 3 ideas: - Build in the open - Developers have a choice - Apps are community experiences I wrote more about DevRel at Root here: rootapp.com/blogs/announ... Now let’s build!
