You wont hear the synth as much here, but they covered the Demon Haunt at the Raidou/SMTVV concert and some parts reminded me of Windows 96 tracks(the music artist). It made me want a very 90s midi coded album of the songs. Kozuka and Meguro both make use of 90s influenced synth in their music

Its not like its that niche of a game, but the amount of people documenting/datamining/making mods is very few for some reason. VV is in that weird spot where it's not as widespread in popularity as recent Persona games but as an SMT game it's climbed out of nicheness into gradual recognition.

Its wild that not even all quests are documented but there's a nature to it where some are split between routes. For VV route it depends on when you do it, what form you're in and sometimes what demons you have with you.

Had Hexenhell with me while going through CoC to get relic descriptions for my project, but we were discussing the issue with SMTV/VV's The Cutting Room Floor page and how I was approached for cut content so someone could fill the page out and it didn't happen. So I might have to do it myself.

I wanted to mention that I discuss this with people a lot and when I was trying to do research on even relics for that SMTVV VRC project I was working on, I had to consult JP sources and even the JP strategy guide, because I guess there's only a few Western fans documenting things in wikis?

It's crazy to me how poorly documented SMTVV is. I've been on Google the last 30 minutes trying to find an Item List (don't ask why) that includes the items from Vengeance. The ones you have infinite uses in battle. This is crazy...

Here I'm just sitting wanting like plushies of the Nue, Thoth or Inugami/Makami. You gotta make them yourself or something.

The rest of the poll results were expected except for Dominion getting 2nd place, so good job. I do think the same demons always getting on these polls are why there's not enough unique demon merch though. But there will be Dominion merch atleast.

The Raidou/SMTVV concert has been good so far, with a few stream hiccups. Definitely a more funky/jazzy vibe and a few insane guitar solos going on with the live covers of these game tracks.

Please stop giving RE leak accounts attention. They care for no one but themselves and getting clout. I often keep the Atlus leaker saga in mind. There's a lot of messy stuff that goes on in the background of leak culture & IF info does happen to be legit, sometimes its acquired via unsavory means.

Im thinking of giving out simple keychains and stickers at PAX West on Saturday? for people who run into me, so that should motivate me to draw some new stuff. I do have a number of old arts I can turn into stickers as well. I should be able to go assuming nothing else comes up before then.

One of the reasons I got into Soulsborne (via Demon's Souls) is because it felt like the ARPG equivalent of a survival horror game and I do consider it under that umbrella alongside the Nioh series. Games like Onimusha/Kuon/Sekiro are close to that as well even without the rpg elements.

Some Souls fans remind me of Resident Evil fans that came in via Resident Evil 4, Bloodborne being the entry. Its my favorite for sure but dont let some of the rigidness of DS scare you away. DS3 is kind of in a sweet spot of feeling more fluid movement-wise post BB but still being a Dark Souls

LP I tend to sleep much later these days due to a combination of no cat to force me to go to sleep early anymore and my partner working very late. When you have a partner, you might develop anxiety at night until they come home safe.

I wish the local saturday markets around here (like swap meet, farmer's markets and yard sales) were friendly towards us night owls. A lot of these markets end at 2pm and there's no way I can get to sleep before 2-3am. If I sleep too early, I wake up at 5am and end up having to go back to sleep.

I got to do the latest Tomodachi highlight! I'm really happy I got to have a part in contributing to this playthrough with this episode. I hope it continues at least a bit longer. It's been a really fun series.
