No human is going to read your CV so you have to tailor it for AI. Don't use big words because the AI won't understand it even if the job involves writing. Don't have too many words or it will be boring to read for the person who isn't going to read it

Daaaamn. “AI is the asbestos we're shovelling into the walls of our technological society. Our descendants will spend generations digging it out again, and the longer the bubble goes on without popping, the longer it will take to repair the damage." www.thenerve.news/p/cory-docto...
Cory Doctorow: The people who tell you ‘AI is changing everything’ are lying
It has become impossible to tell managers mesmerised by artificial intelligence that the tools are not, in fact, helpful. So employees just play along with the fiction to keep their jobs, writes our t...

The person running the session was very friendly and encouraging, but what they said about AI and the job market was the bleakest fucking shit. Everything is so completely and utterly fucked
Off to a mandatory 3 hour CV workshop. Feels like a blood sacrifice to an old God, but if it ends up with employment, it will be worth it

I don’t take much stock in internet whispers but I’m finding it hard to concentrate on more important things with the weather this warm Van de Ven new contract and incomings next week apparently
The AI boom has now boiled down to Nvidia lending companies money so they can buy chips from Nvidia which Nvidia calls revenue and claims is proof of demand and increases the value of Nvidia who can then lend more companies money to buy chips from Nvidia. This is fine.
Man, Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave looks so great. Probably 3rd favourite game series OAT. My list of games I really want but can't afford / don't have time to play, keeps growing longer
I am sometimes grateful that Alasdair shuts down rumours before they start to build steam. Would like Spurs to crack on though. Hate signing players once the season has started
Funny seeing Liverpool fans who were adamant Slot was under-performing last season, talk about how thin the squad is now when I personally thought it was obvious their squad was falling apart last year Iraola is great and they have some amazing players, but I feel they need a more than just Barcola
In terms of who Spurs have been linked with, my preference would be: Eli Kroupi Jr Victor Osimhen Nicolas Jackson Omar Marmoush Cody Gakpo Igor Thiago Ferran Torres
Tottenham Hotspur win a header challenge. Level impossible. Was my striker pick at the start of the window. Let’s seeeeee
A strict 'No Ex-Chelsea' policy would have saved this club from a lot of harm over the years, but here is a player currently unwanted and massively undervalued, performing to a high level a role which is extremely rare and expensive in the general market
Taika Waititi doing a Klara and the Sun film completely passed me by. Just saw the trailer and I don’t think I have ever seen a film (trailer) which is as drastically different in terms of tone, than the impression I received reading the book
I think this is a silly game. I'm going to play it forever
Spin a wheel and pick one player per club and season for your lineup, then simulate your team against the Premier League or MLS. The game uses a decade of real player data from futi's models, including player ratings, skills and styles that affect team fit. Build a balanced team to be Centurions!
Love Bundesliga as a destination for Moore, but 1. FC Köln? Maybe if El Mala is being sold?
Tottenham Hotspur winger Mikey Moore very close to joining 1. FC Köln on loan
Ignoring Gakpo stuff for a minute, if Spurs were to sign Marmoush and Savinho & the idea is City sign their replacements first... Grealish is also likely leaving. If you consider Cherki & Foden as 10's, that leaves City with only Haaland, Semeyo & Doku Who are City signing as their 3 main backups?
Stupid game, put together to create a ‘competitive’ spectacle to sell 80,000 tickets rather than help either side prepare for the upcoming season
I know this is being played in a more competitive manner, but considering it wasn’t serious foul play, you could have just booked Danso and told him ‘in a competitive game, that is a red’. What does sending him off achieve for either team?
Villa would be a lovely fit for Sarr in my opinion. I previously thought Newcastle under Howe, but that project has imploded. Only alternative would be possibly a different league where he would be an undisputed starter, but Champions League football is a nice pull for him I’d imagine
Rashford and Marmoush are the names gathering steam Fits the ‘Premier League only’ approach we have seen so far Rashford, Marmoush, Savinho, Tel, Solanke, Kudus feels more ‘Top 4-ish’ than ‘Title challenger’
Now I’m going to waste the next few days waiting for breaking transfer news 🙄 (Excluding Savinho) Obvious names: Gakpo Less obvious: Bahoya, Rashford, Ferran Torres, Marmoush Dream: Nico Williams, Yildiz

Prepare yourselves. Roberto De Zerbi told me a Tottenham transfer bomba is on its way! And it's not Savinho...yet. www.football.london/tottenham-ho...
I am tempted by the idea of trying to sign him anyway, but you can't do an accurate medical right now, ffs. There is probably only one other striker I would consider right now. Very much hope City don't stall out Savinho deal and Spurs start scrambling
🚨 Junior Kroupi expected to be out for 3/4 months with foot injury suffered in pre-season training. 20yo Bournemouth forward flew back from Austria tour & underwent successful surgery today. Departure this summer never countenanced by #AFCB @theathleticfc.bsky.social www.nytimes.com/athletic/747...
The positive is that Yang gets into some great positions and is technically solid when he receives with time and space. Might need a loan to a less physically competitive league in a high possession team to work on efficiency
Other than obviously the new signings, every other CM before Bergvall
Appreciate it’s only a friendly, but there are so many players I would sell before Bergvall

Something like this I guess. Not sure there is anything especially interesting to be learnt from this game. Would imagine more of the recognised first team start getting minutes against Chelsea
No active gym work or sessions on grass for Fernandes in Sydney 👀
Beautiful day at Trans+ Pride. Get it in your diary for next year 🏳️⚧️
All the midfield talk has been around Bergvall being unhappy he isn’t getting minutes, but I guess we never considered the same could be said of Bentancur. He has seen the club spend huge amounts on new midfielders and may not be happy at the prospect of a squad role
So the Tottenham tour squad is something vaguely like this. A couple of players will shift around. Still plenty of time, but that front line needs work
