Elon Musk interview, is that kind of corpo villain reveals of many dystopian story narrative's prologue I ever seen. But to think about that the plots that he explains for future of human civilizations and AI, to not be a dark drama, but documentary of our real-life in future, is frightening.

I didn't truly watched any world cup since 1994 and football never have been interesting to me.
AI is not problem but those small and medium businesses relying on it and ask you in interview " Its good you have 20 years of experience in industry but we need someone who can do be creative on prompts for generative AI!" Is this possible to make illegal to use the word "Creative" when we talk AI?

I just found an old script from 20 years ago that I'd wrote; A short film script. Then I gave it to AI plagiarism detector and it predicted 78% is AI. Reason? Inconsistencies in sentencing. I'm glad now every person with English as second language and trouble in sentence composition is considered AI
Another failed AI issue. I also experiencd it with more major AI, Perplexity; that they explicitly advertise on being for research. I believe, AI is good as a tool to facilitate for reducing time for search, but it needs heavy observation and refine by human workforce. Never let that do end point
I wasn't even trying to get an AI to cite any sources for some stuff when it added an appendix of further reading where 4/5 citations were mostly or wholly fabricated. Plenty of minor issues with other bits of its output too but the fact it just vomits up fake books and articles unprompted is funny
One of the things about LLMs falsifying references is that they seem anecdotally to be significantly worse at making up references than they are at processing other information.
Publisher Crossed Hearts (accidentally) revealed in a deleted post that Ikkoku Nikki has been picked up for an English license & an announcement should be revealed soon Just to clarify: Crossed Hearts did not pick up the series, they did confirm they pursued licensing it but was told someone else
AI's creative limit becomes visible at the point of genre specificity. It replicates competently within well-mapped stylistic territories. mimicking, until collapse into incoherence when tasked with hybrid genres instructions.
The persistence of shōjo and shōnen as distinct demographic categories, despites overlapping readerships, raises a significant question. If audiences no longer divide along these lines, what sustains the binary? The conventional appeal to "marketing purpose"is no longer sensible primary explanation.
AI-generated music is all over streaming platforms, and it's getting hard to ignore; Repetitive, soulless. YouTube is drowning in it. I just want genuine background to help me focus, but these 1-Hour tracks are more distracting than silence. They're genuinely painful to listen to.
It's my opinion, but 'Ikoku Nikki', and also 'Somali and the Forest Spirit' feel surprisingly rare these days. Stories centered on Platonic guardianship, care, & found family shouldn't be this hard to find. while some disturbing age-gap romantic dynamics are often more glamorized in many mainstreams
Ikoku Nikki (2017-23) by T. Yamashita, often translated as A Journal with a witch or Diary of a Strange Land, has just entered my all-time top five anime and manga. Also, demographic categorization of content is an outdated marketing strategy and has little to do with the concept of lived experience

Living in the Middle East right now feels like being trapped in a badly designed MMORPG. The only gameplay is grinding while the global chat argues over who is more powerful. And you couldn't even join the conversation, because the developers decided to mute your region with 88-day internet blackout
Greeting, world. I'm back. Just survived what I shouldnt. From government cruelty to an absurd war, airstrike, internet shutdown by govt for more than 3 month. One of my most dramatic years in past 38 years of life. Now if you excuse me, I'm just getting ready for zombie Apocalypse.
I am back on Bluesky physically.Mentally, I am nowhere close to recovered from what I have witnessed: death, horror, bloodshed, and a world that mostly stays silent. I usually avoid stepping into highly charged debates like Israel–Palestine now, but —
I finally joined my first physical D&D campaign, walking into a homebrew table that has already survived 53 sessions without me, so the pressure not to be “that player” was intense.
Digital resistance has to protect Anna’s Archive at all costs.
Starter Packs are great for quickly finding relevant accounts in the field. downside: you follow the accounts, not the pack itself, so later it is hard to relocate that specific category once you follow thousands of people. Still, it is one of the best features, and the pack below is one of my fav

Two tweets, same context: One is a marketing performance by PETA, designed for outrage, virality, and brand visibility. The other, from @dexerto.bsky.social , reports on collective agency, where fans mobilize their own time and money to protect animals inside and outside the game space.
Finally found random strangers in a tucked-away game café and actually got to play board games (D&D comes next week) in person again, after years of only doing this online with my online friends, because I never had local friends for it here.Feels like my luck is finally turning against loneliness.
The only time I felt that mainstream media portrayed female heroes as perfectly not perfect was in Arcane, the League of Legends animation series. It is not surprising that this portrayal did not come from Marvel or DC.
James Gunn on #Supergirl "So many times female superheroes are so perfect. She’s not that at all ... like male superheroes have been allowed to be for a while"
So Netflix has finally chosen to challenge a medium that television itself could never kill, the old world of cinema. It feels like watching a supervillain emerge. Though one who might become the unexpected hero that brings it all crashing down. Or this is another story destined for a tragic ending.
The late-capitalist phase of a nation is often its most destructive one. Society shakes under economic collapse, businesses falter, and even the upper classes begin to feel the same hardship they once dismissed when it affected the lower and middle classes.
1/7: The Natsume’s Book of Friends fandom shows an unusually subdued presence, especially when compared with the trend-oriented cultures that dominate many contemporary fan spaces.
Needed some fresh air in my online presence again, so I ditched the logo on Bluesky and put up my real photo. Feels strangely like early Twitter days, old, familiar! yet not bad at all. Feels a bit more like letting “me” breathe.
There’s something in Natsume’s Book of Friends anime that unsettles me. In a society collapsing under economic and cultural pressure, where people are increasingly harsh with each other, the kind of genuine kindness Natsume shows would be read as weakness, gullible, or worse, as “hidden agenda.”
. @lilithmaxmusic.bsky.social is my top artists, apparently I’m into bears and wolves. Since 2022 and my involvement in Woman, Life, Freedom, even my taste in art has the weight. After what I’ve seen, I’d feed myself to the bear before letting one of my comrades, who deserve to live, go in my place.
Natsume’s Book of Friends (Natsume Yūjinchō) is widely appreciated within fan communities, in both its manga and anime forms, however it remains noticeably overlooked within academic discourse.
