hiya!! general update on stuffs in general following the fundraiser: things are going well! still cracking away at the comms i already had lined up before, and i'm still very thankful for how kind everyone has been!! i'll be starting on proper Animating Business within the next week or two!!

i like that pink thingy in that osamu tezuka movie.. earlier this year i was messin around with the idea of re-timing + adding more inbetweens to that one scene of her dressing up because it sounded fun to animate a cartoon glob thing

in 'The Where' garn47 animation i basically reverse-rotoscoped luffy going Gear 5 onto Car. this is what it looks like from another angle.. i made him do that just because i thought it would be really funny to myself and friends, then floombo wanted to make it part of a full animation
im officially (and safely) off of my anti-psychotics which turns out were really dulling my imagination, and by extension motivation, for like 2+ years.... it feels like my soul has returned to me..... no more fucken around..... it's Game Time
i'd hardly ever mentioned ai-generated art before but this fucking sucks. ai has been creeping into animation where despite how clockwork the animation process is, every choice is so human and thats what makes it beautiful and worthwhile bsky.app/profile/cats...

very random side project to exist alongside my 1000 other side projects: a parappa engine prototype! it uses a similar scoring system to parappa 1, so silly freestyling is included!!! im gonna try making a fangame around this.....
something concerning has come up.. my animation of "Modify" on youtube was made ineligible for monetization with no notification. i strongly doubt this was intentional on Neil's part if it even had any involvement from him at all, since the claim comes from a company called "TuneCore"
i may be pivoting from exclusively animation to mostly gamedev....... stay tuned (very early dev footage)
