For my fellow critics who applied for TIFF accreditation this year -- have you heard yet whether or not you've been confirmed to attend? Per usual, notice is supposed to be given by "end of July," which is today, but I don't recall it ever taking this long to find out either way.

This is tough but “Baby Mine” has to be it. Such a beautiful song, and heartbreaking within the context of the visuals. Up there with “Remember Me” and “When She Loved Me” for saddest moments in a Pixar/Disney song.

I'm the type of person who sets a calendar reminder to cancel three days before the renewal is supposed to kick in, and just to be safe, makes sure there are at least two additional alert notifications after that reminder BECAUSE I'VE BEEN BURNED BEFORE

I just cancelled a free trial before the automatic payments kicked in and the adrenaline flowing through me right now feels like I narrowly escaped a shark attack.

The only time I ever cared about the World Series was 2016, b/c I loved seeing my dad & granddad, lifelong Cubs fans, finally see their team win. I’m feeling similarly toward Spike Lee & his delightful obsession with the Knicks. If they win, I’ll love it for him. Parasocial much? I don’t care!
