I tried Claude Design when it was just released and wasn't impressed. Today I gave it a second shot. Wrote a decent prompt describing a mobile app for FeedbackThread Shared the link to the website and got a decent-looking app design, ready to implement Give it a try for your next UI update or

Freelance iOS developer by day, indie solopreneur in the early mornings.
I almost burned out in those "test Fable for a few days" development sprints
Let's be real, content creation is hard and time-consuming If that is not a cat picture, dinner, or random travel photo, most likely that is marketing Every content creator is trying to sell you something Btw, check my apps ;)
Will stay as full time indie developer for one more month, then will see :)

Stop making excuses, get a motorcycle and download RiderLog app
The Fable 5 model for Claude was amazing for planing and research and working on bigger tasks. Wery sad that we will not have acess to it anymore. Back to Codex for regular iOS app development tasks
I trust none of the big tech companies, but if I have to choose one, I trust the most that's Apple
What would you expect from a dude with a dented laptop? Of course, I dropped my motorcycle ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This is the first time an AI-generated app design felt like something that could be taken straight into implementation. Well done, screensdesign!
A real look at family-sized rent in Bangkok, from a 33,000 baht house to a bigger 40,000 baht option.
Yesterday was my last day on my full-time contract AI took my iOS dev job as well. Ok, not really, the company just changed plans and the budget for the rest of the year, but I will get into statistics as one of many who loosing job this year. So, I'm a full-time indie dev now. Exiting! Check
Starbucks coffee is meh, but I like their thermos mugs, and I needed a new one. Also, that is deacent place to get some work done
Last week was a week of building and testing for a MotoLog app I'm pushing back on social features in the app untill will get more users, but weekly challenges are just screaming for competition Also, that could open doors for trip sharing and virtual rider clubs Perhaps I should wait for a few m

How to sharpen your focus in 3 steps: 1. Use pen and paper for daily planning and quick notes 2. Use one screen for hyperfocus on one task 3. Set time limits for tasks
Pomodoro timer with accountability buddies ... good idea or not? Nothing like a little social pressure to keep you off your phone Try it on TestFlight👇 https://testflight.apple.com/join/WyPjsWdE
Morning school ride on Fiido M1 Pro I'm slowly converting to an EV rider I still like the sound and smell of a motorcycle engine, but I have to agree that an e-bike could be a more practical ride for city commuting.
I think I built the perfect paywall. 5 users saw it and 13 converted I will try to push it to 15 sales from 5 users, but I'm afraid I reached the limit there. It could be a glitch in the RevenueCat experiment report, but for now, I will stick with the theory that I'm a genius.
New Paywall experiment released Apple Store visited and iPhone collected iPhone Air is mex, but interesting idea Great start of the day!
Ramen -> Code Chinatown edition. Tonight's find: Odean Noodle Fantastic handmade egg noodles with pork and crab, where you can pick your crab claw size. Bank to Small Habit App dev now.
I answered all the questions you asked on Instagram about moving from Latvia to Thailand Just published Q&A video: https://youtu.be/L0fJCgBNIxs
Tourist mode on. Seems that Luka will need to get a guide dog certification to get into parks in Bangkok :) I'm not sure why, but dogs are not allowed almost anywhere.
In touristy parts of Bangkok you can get around with English only, in more local areas not so much. I sucesfully ordered ramen, but failed to get 3 portions of sticky rice in market. Got 3kg instead. I will need to learn Thai sooner than planned :)
RIX -> HEL -> BKK Long-term goal achieved, working from a coffee shop in Thailand without a return ticket in pocket. Now I need to get to those 100K+ monthly digits as other indies :)
Last week was busy. We had to clean the apartment, move out, and visit all the favorite spots around. And I got a horrible cold to make all of that even more tricky. Also, I uploaded a video about where and why we are moving: https://youtu.be/rgeGFhB_mbk
Nope, still not getting that vertical monitor thing. In other news, Luka doesn't mind sleeping in a heap of cables and gadgets.
Surprisingly, I can still code without internet and AI models. It's the midsummer holiday weekend here in Latvia. I'm on the seaside with almost no internet connection, but I still spent a few hours on indie apps. Almost ready to ship the MVP for another AI identifier app. I wanted just one more
