Dolly was not neutral. She was apolitical in that she didn’t talk about politics. But when it came to poverty, literacy, LGBTQ+ rights, etc. she was outspoken. She was only apolitical because she didn’t consider those things political issues - she considered them human issues.

I never understand why publication want to use this couched, qualified language. There have only been 2 Looney Tunes movies in the past 20 years, and one of them sucked so it’s either the best or it isn’t.
