watching storm coverage (it will have no impacts here) and went and double checked my FEMA and county flood zones again, even though nothing has changed in the last year since i checked the flood zones for this property because i wouldn't have bought this place if it was in a flood zone.

we had an unexpected fire drill today during 7th period which wasted a good 25 minutes of instructional time since we had to wait for the fire department to make sure the building was not burning down. much to the disappointment of my students, it's not.
