🎨 GUEST ARTIST Spotlight 🎨 Hihiii! Today we’re happy to bring to you another GUEST ARTIST for the zine! @akstarcarrot.bsky.social We were star-struck at their old school anime art style and are excited to have them on the team! #zine #fanzine #jnd #jndzine #jakanddaxter

A holo-screen with a gold tech surrounding it is displayed on top of a burgundy mechanical background. At the very top right above the screen is the title: Contributor Introduction. On the screen shows art of Jak and Daxter in the same pose as the cover of the Jak II game but in a retro 80’s anime style. Over the art on the top left is the title "Page Artist". At the bottom of the screen is the name "Star Carrot" with their icon to the left. Underneath is a quote from them in yellow text: "I’ve always loved how the Jak series is a narrative and visual melting pot. It deftly blends together all these different tones, genres, and aesthetics and presents it all with wonderfully expressive animation and tight gameplay- a rich framework for me to pour my imagination into ever since I was a teenager. Give me a comedy, drama, and adventure replete with impractically huge elf ears any day of the week!". Below that at the very bottom is Star Carrot’s socials: Akstarcarrot @ Instagram & Bluesky
