Yay it's a heat spike, apparently not a heat wave. It's a bit stickier today. Ugh.
I opened a bag of Monster Munch to find out there were 9 Monster Munches in there. I was in difficult territory. Almost "I need another bag" territory.
When your friend is on the phone and you are expected to come up with the answer as to why there isn't a vibrant live music scene locally. Also why I should be signing with Lost Map Records apparently. As if I have any product worth putting out at the moment 😂
If you got over the procrastination and did one small creative thing everyday, in just a few days just think of the beautiful things you've made. Small steps, big moves.

And so I’ve sashayed effortlessly into this months cold/cough/throat horror. Feel a bit meh but as it’s been er a month since I had one it’s taken me by surprise. Meh. Again.

Another nightmare last night, now my legs hurt so bad I couldn’t find a position to sleep in without discomfort. And I thought I was getting clear of whatever-this-virus-is. Awful 2025 so far…

I’m cautiously optimistic the worst of the bug may be over. If this is the case, then phew! It’s been rough. If it’s regrouping for another go tomorrow, then oh-oh, it already feels like a tough episode of Sharpe.
Starting the year with something very flu-like (even tho I’ve had a jab) wasn’t my best deal way to start the year. Ouch.
