This isn't set in stone, but I'll consider doing an audiobook version if at least 20 copies sold, and do a limited print run if 30 copies sold.
I've had a few people tell me they're interested in hard copies of Spirits of Alaruk, but unfortunately I have no way to fund that as an indie author unless I sold WAY more digital copies and somehow got a lot more people interested in reading it in general.

Now that my book is released, I can relax for a bit before starting on my next big project. I want to do more with the world I've been building for years.

Would you be willing to read a fantasy novel WITHOUT romance in the story? My main character, Treke, is AroAce (Aromantic Asexual) and focuses on platonic relationships.
My book is COMPLETED. I'm still thinking about how to publish it, so it will still be awhile until people can read it, but at least all the hard work of writing and editing is done with.
“When a human author has written a work, when there’s a unifying intelligence behind it, it’s easy for an experienced editor to work out what the problem is…When a work has been generated by AI, there *is* no unifying intelligence.”
If you're thinking about using gen-AI to "write" books, this 🧵 is for you. I’m a highly experienced editor who’s been in the biz a long time. Recently I’ve had manuscripts come to me where the author has used gen-AI – not for writing, I’ve been assured, but for “structuring” or "organising"
Just a few chapters left to edit... I'm editing an average of 600 words per day until I finish.
Even if someone is not using genAI in their work, if they still praise it as a good thing in the process of any creative field, I find that highly concerning.
Over halfway done editing my novel. I'm aiming to finish editing by June.
alaruk.com/stories/ The first three chapters of my book are available to read on my website, which includes Treke going on her first adventure after she makes a friend named Siku.

At nearly 58k words, the rough draft for my novel is done. Now to spend the next several months editing it to perfection.
