Baking chocolate chip banana bread, cleaning the kitchen with Mrs Meyers gingerbread scented cleaning spray, and listening to holiday music on my Alexa Echo Show! It’s festive in my kitchen!

Husband just got home from work (gotta keep those planes flying!) & I made a ham in the crock pot with brown sugar and pineapple, dressing with cranberries, sweet potato casserole, a corn soufflé, and a pumpkin pie! It’s just us, but we’re going to eat and watch the original Miracle on 34th Street!

I was reading a story — “The Reckoning” — by Edith Wharton where she uses the phrase “the mentally unemployed” and I’m going to use that to describe MAGA devotees from now on.

A bathroom is a bathroom. There are stalls with locks. Sinks. Mirrors for lipstick touch ups. Hand dryers. The end. Quit policing what’s under someone’s skirt and lock the door and do your business. We should be more worried that people are washing their hands.
