Here's a small vid of Alto I did, still kinda shy to make proper vids in public #motosky

A small personal diary thing I made a throne wishlist thing just to show my plans for the project bike https://throne.com/roccosilvestri
Went out a little bit late today, still haven't installed the racing clutch springs and newer clutch pack yet #motosky
Sooo, quite a few things have happened between now and the last time you saw Alto, we got a huge discount on racing clutch springs and I've raised the front fender to take up the space between the headlight, also managed to fit the filter without rubbing the fender #motosky
Got back from the mall with the family, I chose to use the motorcycle while they use the family SUV with dad driving I chased after dad on the way home going 110 km/h (68 mph) indicated on the gauges a few times #motosky
Ok so, I found out earlier while testing that going full throttle going 115 km/h on the gauge makes the piston on the carb get stuck wide open, the cable even moves freely if I twist the throttle. Now I added a spacer to stiffen the spring Some scary 3 seconds of my life #motosky
No riding just yet but we finally tuned the carb just right now, had to cut back on the main jet from a 130 to a 108 and the pilot just a few steps back from 42 to a 35 #motosky
I swear I'll clean Alto (Azul chassis + Tesco Engine) when it stops raining
The brackets just got delivered just as I was about to sit down to eat lunch, I'd say it fits well (90% anyway) just no adventures yet since 3 weeks because of continuous rain #motosky
Well I'm back again with some more changes and a slightly different approach #motosky
We got no choice but to buy a donor crankcase for Azul because the shop that was supposed to fix the crack butchered it by drilling at the wrong angle and size not even remotely close to the original This is an example, of how it should be at an angle, they didn't follow the original #motosky
Tomorrow we're taking Azul to the shop to get the stator cover replaced because the last shop I went to for a timing chain replacement did a shoddy work putting back the stator cover using bolts that aren't designed for it making it crack #motosky
Dont let the opinions of others drag you down Be as different as you want to be Your awesome just the way you are #Bikesky #Motosky #Hondacbr650r #positivity
It's almost 3AM and I just finished up cutting, wiring, and testing the new mini lights for Azul's headlight unit after trimming the chin more, I gotta admit it took me a few tries to get the wiring correctly #motosky
New dual sport helmet New rubber chicken Friends in a group call I just had to do it where half the people don't see
Codename: The Blue Raven #motosky This piece of art was made by a good friend of mine who's a graphic designer Took a few pictures on the DSLR camera and gave it to him to work his magic Super happy he can make one for Azul
Back from vacation and some new parts added #motosky We got a new manifold and an upgrade to the headlight and horn from my cousin's spare parts back in Zambales The new manifold finally fixed the fitment issue, now hopefully it will fix the tuning issues
No updates on Azul for a week during vacation, but I will be using my cousin's 125 XRM here in Zambales #motosky
Azul Saga: Body Panel Headache #motosky With the arrival of the new rear panels, I have come to find out they have inaccurate dimensions like the left is 90% smaller than the original but we pushed through with the help of grinding and elbow grease Mechanic said the front looks like a Kingfisher
Full wave + Battery operated lights #motosky Took Azul for a test drive yesterday, I can actually see at night now with this headlight but I'm going to upgrade it to a projector style with a cutoff
Azul Saga: Electrical Modernization #motosky Got back from the shop after converting the electrical system from a half wave system and stator driven headlight to a full wave system and battery operated lights While at the shop, I saw this Honda Wave 110 S, same engine, different chassis
Azul Saga: Hydraulic Upgrades #motosky With the brake fluid flushed and bled along with a new hydraulic brake switch, let's just hope the switch lasts long In the meantime the braking system is now done and can do a hard stop with a pull of a pinky
Azul Saga: new brake master 90% installed #motosky For now I'm just finalizing the hose and fluid tank reservoir placements We'll have to buy new DOT4 fluid and an aftermarket hydraulic switch since this new one doesn't have any
A little montage of Azul for the motorcycle community here #motosky #motorcycle
Brake master update #motosky The broken one got refunded and now we spend a bit more on a known brake manufacturer, Nissin, the same brand as our calipers
Faulty Refund #motosky It seems that the brake master I bought was a dud, the bracket for the lever snapped off and the seal was leaking, so we got it packed and returned while we wait for the refund, in the meantime we'll be using Tesco's braking system until we have a new brake master bought
Azul Saga: Almost complete (and a little shop promotion) #motosky Went to our relative's shop to fit the new braking system for Azul since he's nearing completion, there's only a few small details left to put in
