A brief update: My mother's organ donation was able to save 3 people's lives. I'm sure that will bring me some comfort at some point in the future, but right now, I'm incapable of feeling positive emotions. As for me, I'm not doing well. I've barely been eating or sleeping for the past 2 weeks.

My mother got into a severe car crash on Tuesday. Today, we had to pull the plug. She had no brain activity as of yesterday morning. The only reason I waited this long was so she could be a donor and maybe save someone else from the pain I'm feeling.

I love that my employer nearly an hour away is forcing everyone to drive out today despite the absolutely dismal conditions. It's very, VERY fucking important that we make that almond milk and juice cups. Lives and mild inconvenience is on the line for literally DOZENS of people.
