The biggest issue we had with our inaugural event was sound - we had to work with what we had. Whilst the stream was ok, we had a less than great experience for our runners and live audience. As Tech Lead, Nick's taken that feedback seriously to ensure we're better equipped in the future. Exciting!

This week's big learning experience has been my new audio mixer purchased for @albionspeedrun.co.uk. I've really enjoyed getting to grips with the functionality and all the ways we could use it. I've figured out a flow that works - can't wait to test it in Autumn!

WOW! What a weekend! An incredible set of speedruns by some fantastic talent! We are blown away by the support. Thank you all so much! We hit DOUBLE our original target, raising £1,002.69 for Everyone Can! Speaking of the charity, we got this lovely email from them this morning... 🧵

Hi ASC, I caught some of the Albion Speedrun Marathon over the weekend. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to say Hi in chat, but it looked great. I was totally blown away with your efforts and the generosity of your community, raising funds for us.
