officially 6 weeks post sinus surgery this week, finally reaching the point where i just generally am able to breathe through both nostrils like a normal person but i still have somewhere between 7 and 20 weeks until my face is truly Healed from it all. kinda crazy???

last weekend for jade got us bikes for her birthday and we took our first bike ride today… i’ve never ridden a bike with gears or on a street with cars 😭 it’s not like it’s hard but i have a lot of anxiety about it lol. im just not super comfortable & thinking too hard about it… ugh. but we made it!

went to utah for a wedding, beautiful, wonderful area. 14% humidity and high elevation post sinus surgery Did Something to me and now i have crazy thick, sticky mucus happening :( i can’t wait to be fully recovered from this surgery, it’s the most annoying one bc of how cognizant you are of it

2.5 weeks post sinus surgery, mostly feel ok, a little tired, but every time i’m more active and do anything more than just laying on the couch i end up coughing/sneezing up the most insane shit 😭 but at least it’s once i’m in the safety of my home usually and im not subjecting others to this
