Hallitus laskee valtion tukeman asuntotuotannon korkotukilainavaltuuksia 2,25 mrd. €:sta 0,5 mrd. €:oon vuosina 2024–2027. Leikkaus säästää valtiolta vain pari milj. €, mutta se heikentää rakentamista ja BKT:tä. ARA-lainat on sisällytetty julkiseen velkaan 2022–. Siksi hallitus leikkaa niitä nyt.
