The handwringing lectures about how the left has no choice but to stay on Twitter are even more ridiculous when you remember that the far right used a series of alternative media — from direct mail to talk radio to Fox News to Breitbart to Gab, Parler and Truth Social — as their path to victory.

Bunch of British journalists on the radio earlier pondering whether Bluesky is going to be bad for debate and I really think that journalists massively overestimate how much time people want to spend each day on debating each other.

Just read on my bird app feed that women who are upset about the election should “quit the histrionics” and Obama is apparently a moron for endorsing Kamala Harris. That just isn’t it dawg. It’s just Truth Social over there now.
