It’s hot. So you want strawberries and ice cream. Simple task. Obviously, it turns into a chocolate fondue project and full grocery. Ok. It fills the front bin. Then, at the public market, berries are on sale if you buy 1,3 shitload of it. Fine. I’ve got ropes. Still hot. Time to soak my shirt.
My reason for buying this cargo bike 13 years ago is now riding that very cargo bike! I’m not crying, you are. #cargobike #13
Nice group ride today with around 15deg C. Good pace. We completed the route of 11,74 km with 28,3 m of elevation, in 7h 35min 23 sec. Establishing our own KOM on this route. Plus, we got groceries, ice cream, Mac and cheese, play time, new friends and library books.
Yet another great reason to use a cargo bike : you can park between ego-inflated-morons.
So much to enjoy during winter. Logistics get a little bit more complicated, but the reward (and street creds) are amazing. It’s sad that some would miss that, hidden in their oil burning cold and dirty metal coffins.
There will always have be a box fixed on my bikes. It’s so useful. The size may vary over years.
