Started my week with an epic campaign launch and ended it with a crew of new volunteers learning how getting out to talk to voters for the first time. With a little bit of merch switching and a viral parliamentary speech in between. A good week.

Recent events would suggest polling continues to be absolute trash for National with women.

Saw a tiktok where someone was talking about an “all you can eat yum cha” in Welly for $38 or $48 for “premium” that’s time limited to a 1.5 hour session. And excuse me but I have eaten all I can at every yum cha I’ve ever been to. Have never spent more than $40 and get to chill before moving.

On the one hand, I’m getting really tired of gene testing only being a requirement on women in sport. On the other, it shows just how bullshit all these policies are.

I’ve been thinking a lot in the last 24 hours how for the first time in my life, I feel like my fandom in rugby has felt appreciated. And just how validating that has been. Something for me to write on in the wash up of this season.
