👋 We are All We Can, formerly known as the Methodist Relief and Development Fund. 🤝 All We Can works in partnership with local organisations in their communities, enabling them to become stronger and more resilient.

Yesterday, Andy Burnham became the UK’s fifth Prime Minister in four years. During this time, we have witnessed incredible hardship and uncertainty. There is a lot of work to do. Join us as we pray for the new PM and the decisions he makes in office 🙏 #Pray #Prayer

Text that reads:

'‘Awesome God,
You reign over all with truth, justice, and mercy.
As the UK experiences a change in government, we pray for our new Prime Minister, Andy Burnham.
Grant him humility, compassion, and a
willingness to be guided by you.
May his heart be drawn to the
things that matter to you: to seek justice, to pursue peace, and to heal divisions.
Give him wisdom to discern what is right, courage to follow your ways, and strength to serve with integrity.
May he lead with a deep concern and love for all people, especially the most vulnerable.
We ask that you will be with him and all
those entrusted with leadership at this time.
Amen.’

Today is Trinity Sunday, celebrated a week after Pentecost Sunday. It is a day for us to celebrate the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit 🕊️ We hope you join us in prayer on this special day 🙏 💛

A prayer reading:

'Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,
a perfect community of love.
Help us share your love across a broken world, heal divisions, and unite across differences.
May our actions restore dignity, reflect your glory, and bring you praise.
Amen.'
