I don't know what conditional underwriting approval is exactly, but I have that now for the condo. I'm not going to jump ahead in my assumption like I did when I had pre-approval w/all my financial docs having been obtained & reviewed! Hoping to have final approval soon, though!

Poor Nanny-her claws are so sharp that she gets stuck on rugs/the couch. But she howls & screams like I'm disemboweling her when I trim them so I only get a few at a time. Blanket wrap trick only resulted in a few nips (stopped that so it didn't escalate to biting). She has no idea today is trim day

Hung out in the car for a bit because the lady that had the showing was taking pics of the house. I didn't see her agent leave, so I think she stayed after the showing to do that. Promising, I think? But maybe she's just comparing. Several others in my price range here RN with bigger lots/garages

Obviously if I can afford 2 mortgages for a while (no other debts), I make enough to live comfortably right now. Income will drop to about 26% of what I make now when I retire 😫 That being the case, decided I'm going to celebrate when I'm somehow divested of the house & get some nice, new stuff! 🥳🎉

Been working through the #EV charger issues going to a condo w/out charging. Looks like the city offers up to 3 hrs of free level 2 charging near a nature center, so if it's open I can go there to top off & get a hike in. Plus, there'a Goodwill across from a small Target that allows free charging

Pisses me off seeing a LOT of Trump flags again.They’re all still supporting the fucker in small town USA. Most only seem to have taken them down before to avoid citations or fines. Can’t come up with an idea as to what it would take to get them to stop voting for people who don’t care if we die
