At first glance, this anchor looks rough. The steel carabiners are thick, & there's redundancy, so it's probably okay—for now. But fixed hardware doesn't get safer with age. That's why we work with Washington Climbers Coalition and the American Safe Climbing Association to replace aging hardware.
