DJT doesn't think of Xi (or Putin) as a potential enemy. The enemies that he thinks he needs defenses from, like the ballroom/bunker and the sniper stockpile at the arch, are us--the American people. That's why he's firing generals who might not be "loyal". He's building a personal defense system.

Two DJT phrases reported yesterday tell it all: "To the victor belong the spoils;" "I am the code." In other words, "I can do whatever I want. There are no rules that apply to me except the ones that I make." 1st to world leaders at the UN, telling them to get out of his way or he will hurt them.
???!!! Capable is one thing. Willingness to control the actual dangers to the planet and to ordinary people rather than the political dangers to the leaders is another.

To bring all of this under control will take international cooperation on an unprecedented scale. Corporations are multi-national. Breaking up corporate power will need international anti-trust enforcement, banking laws. tax structures, labor laws, etc. But we have to start at home.
