Despite all this, raw milk is having a moment, in part because of support from Health Secretary RFK Jr. More than 10 million Americans now drink it. National weekly sales rose by 65% from 2023 to 2024 alone. And more and more states are making it easier to access.
With the rise of MAHA, I wanted to understand why raw milk had grown so popular. What I learned at Raw Farm was so eye-opening, I wondered how long it would take for another outbreak to occur. Unbeknownst to me, one was already underway.
