Colorado & Michigan have become the latest blue states to end Medicaid coverage for trans youth. Solidly blue Colorado will also be IMMEDIATELY shutting off care for all trans kids receiving puberty blockers—despite Trump's rule allowing a 6 month ‘tapering’ period. This is a complete betrayal.

Cisgenderism must be morally mandated out of existence.

Vermonts equal protection amendment that includes constitutional protections for gender identity will pass. It will become the 3rd state with such protections after New York, and Nevada.

When you register to vote in Oregon (and most other states) your name and address are made public. ANY ABUSER CAN LOOK UP YOUR ADDRESS. Worse, each time you engage with the DMV or a few other systems, you're automatically registered to vote. Even if you opt-out they will repeatedly add you back in.

These dumbasses were tying to package transphobia and misogyny together to piggyback off of each other and they probably managed to save transition healthcare as a consequence.

Local news starting to call it: Amendment 3, the combined ban on abortion and gender-affirming health care for minors, has FAILED in Missouri. Trying to bandwagon off transphobia was a new tactic for the forced birthers. A very red state didn't go for it.

This week, LGBTQ news outlets including @advocate.com and @lgbtqnation.com published misleading coverage about Senate Candidate Adam Hamilton. They quoted him condemning "bullying" of trans people, but left out that seconds after he said that, he immediately misgendered trans girls.
