Honestly, getting everything ready for starting a small business involves more than I thought. Within the last 4 months I thought myself how to vectorize, use Darktable & Kdenlive and setup my new printer correctly. Thinking about learning Affinity now. Can’t remember the last time I learned so much

I struggle a bit with printing my own artworks. At least I found out how to properly set up my printer & found some useful adjustments in darktable. I feel like Bluesky sadly isnt the best place of you want to built a business. It is great to casually talk with other artists and see what they are doing, but it feels like posting into a void otherwise. And I know that’s how at least 70% of artists feel.

Considering the amount of licences I need to just be able to sell within the EU I guess I will just stick to my own country. It´s very annoying because I would like to ship my art to other countries as well but the bureaucracy is just insane. #artist

Slowly but surely my desk-space at home turns into a art-corner. I only have this small space, so I have to cramp everything I need for running a small business in it somehow, but I think I will manage. I think creating a space you like, finding the right furniture etc. is a neverending story 😅
