I don’t care if Rings of Power is not entirely lore accurate. The story has been good and complex. Sure, not everythinggg is perfect, but the characters are realized, the sets are beautiful, the score is incredible, and a period of Tolkien’s work is finally explored.

#TROPSpoilers I highly suspect that any"triangle" that may exist this season will be Galadriel coming to terms with the pull she had started to feel toward Halbrand, especially in light of Celeborn's return. Not Sauron trying in any way to vie for her romantically.

The week my mom got diagnosed w/ cancer, Rogue One came out. I cried every time I saw it. Gushed about the characters, the meaningfulness of their stories, and their deaths. I didn't cry for my mom, not for some time. What you talk about most openly, isn't always what's grieving you the deepest.

Is it really so difficult to conceive that it is possible to want Galadriel to feel safe, loved, and at peace thanks to the return of her husband, AND still be the strong-willed fighter she has been thus far at the same time? It doesn't have to be either/or.
