This is extremely disingenuous. Public companies always list as many material risks as they can think of in their SEC filings in order to preempt shareholder suits. If it’s a company like Taco Bell, they are going to list foodborne illness as a risk.

Is this why our attention spans are better than Zoomers? We had to sit through 16 minutes of ads for Stanley Steemer and Alka-Seltzer in order to watch an episode of "The Love Boat" we didn't even want to watch in the first place but there was nothing else on.

This is nuts. In order to achieve "standardization" for data collection purposes, Seattle is refusing to let ELA teachers deviate - by teaching actual books - from a curriculum apparently adopted because it could be paid for out of technology funds rather than a different purchase category.

Anyone remember Google Buzz? I saved my entire history on there because it closed down so fast. Wasn't much of it to save. What was Google Wave, now that I mention it? Anyway, my answer to this is message boards.
