Surgery recovery has been a bitch. It's March now and I've still not fully healed. Realized the past few weeks I essentially had internal tearing that never was healing so that was fun. But mental energy is coming back here and there. Hopefully this is the last push.
The Internet itself has made it so talking about suicidal thoughts is even more taboo. However it's not something that we should be censoring. It's just a response. (1/2)

Give yourself something to look forward to next year. Something less substantial than a resolution which can carry regret if you can't stick to it. Think of a book you want to read, a genre of music you'd like to learn more about, a curiosity to chase no matter how trivial. Keep your spark lit.
