Having the read the whole plan, this is intuitive and makes a ton of sense. Essentially redirects most of the SLU on-ramp traffic to access via the other entrance they have from Howell St, while keeping access from CH/via the bridge on Yale.

i fucking love the society we've built. this app they force you to install so you can park in Santa Cruz one time in 2019 without getting a ticket has leaked all of your information. you now get 400 scam emails and calls every day because they decided you could not park without downloading an app.
