How can NOAA better engage with students and early career professionals? - We need to do more outreach events. We need to get the NOAA education budget back! We need to advocate for our organization. People have NASA t shirts and bumper stickers but how about NOAA? #AMS2026

What skills and mindsets are most effective for engaging with NOAA? - It is important to have genuine curiosity and listen. it is good to be open minded. There is a need for people who understand AI and cloud computing #AMS2026
What are some lesser known and non-traditional ways to engage with NOAA outside of internships? - Reach out to mentors or NOAA employees and make direct connections. It doesn't hurt to see what they have to offer and get your name out there
