So I just learned about the WWII-related board game The Campaign for North Africa, which takes 41+ irl DAYS to play. And I kind of want to play it lol. Me and who 🥺👉🏻👈🏻

Here we goooo I’ll try to keep all posts related to my play-through of Fields of Mistria in this thread so that if you don’t want to see it you can just mute

Re: my last reposts, y’all are learning some Ana lore here lol you have no idea how obsessed I was with LoL — and that makes it even funnier that I dropped it so entirely that I never think about it anymore. It gave me some of the highest gaming highs I’ve ever experienced, but also the lowest lows.

* The exception to this would be any fun modes that they might add. Towards the end I played exclusively ARAMs and I had a blast with ARURF when they first released it — I have so many fucking stupid clips I saved from those matches that are the most cheese shit I’ve ever seen in the game lol

Say what you will about League, but it was an outlet and an escape for me during some pretty rough times (including struggling to finish college while managing three “new” disorders that were all acting up at once) But I don’t think I’ll ever play again*, it soured me on PvP games for good lol

55. The video game I’ve spent the most money in is also League of Legends. This was all for character skins. Note that this was the amount on my *second* main account, I had an older account that also had a number of skins so it’s not an overall total. Do I regret it? No. It gave me joy at the time

Hell yeah just got a big refund from a company that tricked me into a monthly subscription by threatening to report them to the Minnesota Attorney General. I can now partake in Bandcamp Friday!!

I love when we get orders from buyers with the most unserious email addresses that you know they chose when they were 13-years-old and are now stuck with for life lol. You can tell because it’s always a yahoo/aol/netscape/etc domain.

My dad is currently (AFAIK — he has another scan coming up) in remission. He’s been off of chemo for I think 6 months now? Unfortunately, my mom and I have had to come to the realization that he isn’t quite the same person anymore after treatment. Lots of weird personality changes.
