Fascist Russia is increasingly turning its weapons on Ukrainian civilians. But while Russian state violence might be enough to keep its own population cowed, terror bombing civilian populations reliably hardens resolve rather than breaking it. Ukrainians will be no different.

This is horrifying. Fourteen people were murdered and 121 injured, including 22 children as russia attacked the largest mall in Kryvyi Rih on Friday afternoon. 29 people are in severe condition.

Twelve-year-old Kostia from Kyiv spent the night of 20 August helping his injured grandma and saving his dog during the massive Russian attack on the city. When Kostia heard the missiles, he grabbed his ginger dog Irene and hid with her in the bathroom.

Apocalyptic scenes from Kyiv. Russia’s attack on the capital and the surrounding region has now continued for more than 7 hours. Russia has already launched around 70 missiles of various types. Residential buildings, energy infrastructure, railways and warehouses have all been hit.
