The only film I can think of that is almost guaranteed to give a "blue" mood is Lomography Lomochrome Purple. It's a false-colour film that looks blue when slightly underexposed (i.e., shot as if it's ISO ~300). But it's not a true colour film. www.analog.cafe/r/lomography...
