Good. Well done to the Albanian people who refused to see this happen.
What a mess, and an attack on a minority this CoP is. And unfortunately, while positive, a ruling pointing to "common sense" even with the qualifiers mentioned will not settle much. Such "sense" is common in that every party claims it, but not in the common understanding of an issue.
