I bought a resistance band (25 kgs) and I love it. I use it when doing pull-ups: I train to fatigue, then do a few more reps with the band, as it enables me to do the exercise in proper form. Game changer! Are you using a resistance band?

They say being a founder is lonely. But it doesn't have to be! Find yourself a cofounder, or two. It's not easy, but having the right people together with you at the wheel can make your life much fun and easy, not to mention it could also improve the performance of your company.

With AI becoming increasingly available and widely adopted for generating text including blog posts and articles, why would anyone in their right mind write themself instead, which is a fundamentally difficult and tedious process?

Grok can now enhance posts on X/Twitter by proofreading, correcting grammar, and converting to one of 18 tones. This is web only, I could not find it in the iPhone app. Our app Followergrow finally started to grow, and now it is in danger. 😐

Reminder to self: it's OK to take a break from social media. I was on a 4-month posting streak in early December, then took an unplanned 1-month break. Now I'm back, and this is what I've learned:

Swimming is my ultimate comfort-workout. Literally: I do a steam room and sauna session after, and I feel like a different person. It is also great exercise: almost every muscle is used during swimming, and builds cardio fitness as well.

The free API is an excellent marketing move from the Bluesky team. The already huge momentum is also fueled by the tools built by the community. This is a win-win: great for users, a lot of exposure (and potentially revenue) for the makers, and free marketing for Bsky. Some of my fav tools so far:

As a founder, it is important to regularly schedule some time to slow down and reflect. Not just because of burnout, but also to be able to zoom out. The activities that work best for me to enable this are physical, require little to no thinking, and I’m alone.

I am crossposting on Bluesky and on X, and sometimes the difference between how a post performs is striking. A great example from yesterday: same post, sent at the same time, with similar number of followers (~940 on X and ~1200 Bluesky). Top is on 🦋, the bottom is on 𝕏.
