Fun fact about my goblin. He's actually more of a goo-blin. The reason he's so rubbery is because he's actually a sort of liquid rubber latex. He can actually lose form by accident in times of acute emotional distress (this happened when he was 25 once.) He didn't know until then. 1/

It's distressing. It's difficult enough to find historical records of cartoonists, but the record of black cartoonists or people of color is even more dispersed. It becomes more and more apparent to me how vital someone setting up a database of illustrated work is.
