Sturmia bella Pupa The larva of this parasitic fly emerged from a Red Admiral I collected as a caterpillar in Luton. The increasing presence of this fly in the UK, due to #climatechange, could be a reason for butterfly decline, particularly in Small Tortoiseshell populations.
