Dublin City Council, again, has banned poster to spare a US president's feelings. Even a version which made no direct reference to Trump and removed his image, and simply read: “No welcome for warmongers” was turned down.

Start of the No welcome for #Trump march in #Dublin - took about 30 minutes to pass a point which is at the larger end of Dublin protest marches despite the city council banning posters advertising it. Irish officialdom with some honorable exceptions is clearly worried about upsetting the bully

Irish Flotilla activist who chanted Free Palestine at Ben Gvir, Cat Graham, on Prime Time last night on Israel's abuse of the participants. Ben Gvir felt free to share the video them being assaulted because of the total impunity the apartheid state enjoys from Ireland and the international community

Taking to the road next week to cycle #Eurovelo 1 from #Belfast to #Sligo. As well as the route shown providing the weather behaves a little I’m going to add loops of the Sperrins, Inishowen & Boa island (I want to see the ‘Janus’ statues if it’s glorious I might head to favourite wild camping spots
