I took 2 weeks off of work when I felt burnout creeping up and nothing bad happened! I have way more energy now and will do a better job at work. So much easier to do good work when you have the proper energy and are taking care of yourself Reminder for future me if I feel guilty taking time off👆

My PowerShell Security and “Pwsh with Buttons” talks are both completed and they went well #PSConfEU is always something special. If you are here, please come say hi! I've loved getting to meet so many new friends. If you aren't here, who do you want me to interview for the #PowerShell Podcast??

Git can feel intimidating, but it does not have to. Today at 2 PM Eastern, Rob Pleau and I are walking Git beginners through the basics, helpful tools, and how Git can be a safety net when using AI. #PowerShell Wednesday. Link in the comments. 1/2

Snover told us he once put a bug back into #PowerShell after already fixing it. The Exchange team had validated against the broken version. Billion 💰 commitments on the line. No time to revalidate. He unfixed it. That's what shipping at scale looks like from the inside.

Really enjoying my time at GLET CyberCon in Atlanta. It’s been awesome to see Georgia’s K–12 folks approach security with such a strong sense of community, collaboration, and shared purpose. This year, the conference is in the Atlanta Braves' stadium 🏟️

15 years ago I remember hearing about Google Fiber and thinking, “I’ll have that in just a few years.” I was very wrong 😅 I got new internet and I feel like I’ve caught up with the times. I’m basically Pinocchio. I’m a real (fiber) boy now. Yay.

Really enjoyed connecting with K–12 IT folks at #MECA26 and talking through practical ways automation can make work easier. There’s a lot of opportunity to save time, reduce friction, and make the day-to-day smoother by using automation and tools like #PowerShell

Most beginners stay quiet. Pablo didn’t. One year into IT and he’s learning in public, asking questions, and building consistently. That’s how you grow. New #PowerShell Podcast episode is live. You don’t have to be an expert. Start now 1/2

Today I’m learning Vim. You know… the editor you try once, get humbled, and quietly back away from (if you're me) Not this time. I got a new keyboard and I’m keeping my hands on the keys. So at #PowerShell Wednesday (2PM ET) I’m learning Vim on a whim with Mason Moser. 1/2

If you've ever been stuck in the "I don't want to look dumb" purgatory..... Tara is here to remind you that failing, learning, and dusting yourself off are critical to learning new things, like PowerShell! New #PowerShell Podcast with Tara is out now (and it's good) Links👇 1/2
