America's three-time Tour winner hails Pogačar as 'natural talent' and 'good example for cycling' and reveals that he was not cycling's first $1 million man after all.

Is Tadej Pogačar Making Greg LeMond Believe In Cycling Again?

Marie Claire actually left a prompt from an AI in one of their recent articles. While there’s still some great journalists and publications left, this is utterly shocking. No wonder I’m trying to pivot.

I'm a little bummed to not be on the ground in Carcassonne – cassoulet! chocolatine! castle-y views! – but next best thing is doing the @theguardian.com live Tour de France text coverage. Join me or write in to andy.mcgrath@guardian.co.uk and get a shout-out:

Barcelona!

The 2026 Tour's Grand Départ takes place in Barcelona, Catalunya. It's a city, and a region, of rich culture, beautiful architecture, history good and bad, and... a punchy cat-three climb

less than 90 minutes of paris-roubaix femmes coverage is absolutely ridiculous and exactly why i’ve always been against this “one-day paris-roubaix!” from the start btw. coverage from 50km to go! for a monument in big 2026! i knew this would only end up impacting the women negatively.

Cycling’s suspicions about doping are rising again: ‘Questions need answering’

For cycling — probably the most scrutinised sport in the world given its history — the ghosts of the past never truly depart

It's been a frustrating week dealing with some major men's and women's teams requesting changes to quotes pre-publication. This has become the norm in recent years and it's setting a very worrying precedent for the future. Independent publications are not PR vehicles for teams/riders.
